1. Agreement to Terms
By browsing, downloading, or using rummy-club.com and the associated Rummy Club mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not download the APK or access game tables.
2. Who Can Play (18+ & Regional Eligibility)
To use Rummy Club and play cash card games, you must meet the following mandatory legal criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years old. Underage gaming is strictly against the law, and any account found to belong to a minor is closed immediately with any balances forfeited.
- You must be an Indian citizen possessing valid identity and payment credentials.
- You must NOT be residing or physically located in states that prohibit real-money online card games: Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, and Sikkim.
3. Single Account Policy
Each user is permitted exactly one registered account. Creating multiple profiles from the same smartphone, using multiple SIM cards to claim duplicate signup bonuses, or registering accounts under family members' names to bypass limits is considered fraudulent activity. The system automatically detects multi-accounting and permanently bans all linked devices.
4. Fair Table Conduct & Penalties
To keep the game fair for all participants, the following behaviors are strictly barred:
- Table Collusion: Friends or acquaintances intentionally joining the same rummy table to exchange card info or intentionally fold chips to each other.
- Automated Programs: Using third-party calculation tools, macros, or bot scripts to automate card decisions.
- Wrong Shows / Spite Declares: Making intentional invalid declarations in points or pool rummy. In 13-card rummy, a wrong show incurs the full maximum penalty of 80 points.
- Verbal Abuse: Harassing or threatening other players or customer support agents via in-game chat.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Name Matching
All in-app financial transactions are subject to clear verification guidelines:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100 per transaction.
- The bank account or UPI ID entered for withdrawals must carry the same legal name as the registered user profile. Third-party payouts are declined to prevent identity misuse.
- Applicable tax (TDS) is deducted on net winnings in compliance with Section 194BA of the Indian Income Tax Act.
6. Website Nature & Limitation of Liability
rummy-club.com acts solely as an informational guide and official distribution channel for the mobile APK package. We do not provide banking or wagering services directly inside desktop web browsers. While we make every effort to maintain server availability and smooth connections, we are not responsible for losses caused by poor local phone signals, carrier drops, or third-party bank server outages.
